Objective:
• Provide awareness on standard FOSS Office solutions and ability to install, use, and support them on the Windows platform.
• Basic introduction to the Linux operating system and desktop.

Target Groups:
• Multipliers / Catalysts for diffusion of FOSS
• Those that others rely on for ICT advice.
• Technical people, but also opinion leaders in civil society, who have sufficient interest to take the course.
• Advanced users who can become lead users (and spread awareness) in their organisations and outside
• IT support staff in public and private sectors.
• e-riders (and similar).
• IT support providers (private sector or NGOs).
• IT students.
